here. I am a 39 year old living in Norway with husband and kids
(3 and 6) - Anea and Troy. I first came into contact with
scrapbooking 11 years ago after a brief stay in the US when I wanted
to document our travels when I got home. I starting to look for inspiration and
I search and shopped for years, even had my own room for years before I
actually started scrapbooking something for myself - I mostly made albums as
gifts to friends and family. But in 2008 my life changed, I met the
world of cropping, and I loved getting to know new scrapbook friends and see
IRL what other people was making, and from then on I started to scrapbook more
often and after the birth of our daughter in 2009 I started to
scrapbook a little every day and now I can't imagine just hanging out on the
couch anymore when the kids are asleep - I want to scrap instead.
I
started out as a pretty clean and simple scrapper, even though I bought tons of
flowers, I couldn't relly get it to work for me. In a way I still
think my style have just evolved in that I still don't use many
flowers, I like prefer clean and fresh colors. What has changed is that I have
included more layers of paper and other materials and that I have more mixed
media products on my page. I still have huge problems making a layout
where I can't have white space. I always want the photo to be my focal
point and I feel that filling up a page with lots of paper and lots of decorations
draw the eyes away from my photos.
I am
lucky enough to design for Pink Paislee, Papirdesign, Zva Creative, The Color
Room, Scrap Around the World and a Norwegian store called Gode Minner (were I
have introduced Wycinanka products)

Nazywam się Anna
Zaprzelska, choć pewnie większość z Was zna mnie jako
Brises.

Scrapbooking I learned 5 years ago by Mary know. She took me to the taste and imagined all kinds of materials and shown how I can apply it. She was and is my mentor. I've always been very creative but with scrapbooking and mixed media I have found a new outlet for my desire to be creative. Since I share this hobby, I prefer to call it art, with Maria. There is something very special as a couple standing together in the studio to work, exchange ideas and learn from each other. As I said I dedicate the next scrapbooking and the mixed-media art, which is close to my heart. Here I can various other items that do not fit on a LO. I can touch, explore and then process them.

Who am I? My name is Sascha Schmidt and together with my
loving wife Maria I live in Rankweil, a beautiful province of Vorarlberg in
Austria, in the heart of the Alps. Together we have three daughters, ages 12,
14 and a two and half years and are a typical blended family. Oh, our cat Gypsy
and some house spiders, much to the delight of our youngest daughter Paula are,
of course, part to the family. When I'm not wallowing in the world of paper,
paste and color, I try to take time for photography - here I've already turned
my hobby into a profession. My main focus is with my wife and our common and
youngest daughter Paula with whom I prefer to spend my time. I grew up in the
mountains and nature. That's inspiration for me and above all, a place to relax
and re-energize. And that I need in my daily work as a reporter and editor
image that occupies a lot of my time.

I am Riikka Kovasin from
Finland. I live in Helsinki, the capital of Finland with my husband and our two
daughters. They are a constant source of inspiration and give topics for pages.
I also love to scrapbook the everyday and the little things. I'm happiest
when I can combine my love for the beautiful products with the possiblility to
get messy with different paint media.
My style is colorful and rich in details and textures. I am
a mixed media and scrapbooking artist who loves to combine different products
and techniques. I love to create layouts, as well as mini albums, cards and
canvases.
