Some LO tips from Sanna. Enjoy!

Hello! Today I´d like to share a from start to finish layout idea with you.

First take a piece of plain white cardstock (size A4) and choose the place for your photo. Then mark with a pencil where the photo will be. Next take a piece of acrylic block and some Distress Inks in your favorite colours.

Now dab some ink directly onto the block and then take a water spray bottle and spray a fairly big abount of water over the block. Next press the wet block onto your paper to the area your photo will later be at. Continue with all colors.

Then doodle around the edges of the cardstock piece for extra detail.

Now take some of your favorite Wycinanka stamps out and add stamped elements here and there. I used the „Coffee stain“ and the „Star border“ stamps with black dye ink here.

Next press some Distress Ink onto the working surface and spray water over it. Take some colour onto a paint brush and dab random splatters next to the previously „stamped“ pattern.

After that adhere the photo on it´s place and start adding embellishments. I added some „Chevrons, arrows and triangles“ chipboard pieces and a gorgeous plywood „Clock“ here. I first inked the chipboard elements with the same Distress Ink colours that I previously used on the background.

After that I glued the pieces down and added some silvery glitter glue around the clock to give it some additional shine.

Finally I added some black color splatters, the journaling and the title (cut with Silhouette Cameo).
