Mix 500 grams of flour, 15 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, 5 grams of soda or baking powder, 150 ml of olive oil, 200 ml of boiling water. Knead the dough and leave to cool.
For the filling thinly slice 2 peaches and 2 plums (you can take any berries), add 30 grams of starch, 5 grams of ground cinnamon, about 20-30 ml of lemon juice, 60 grams of sugar. Mix gently.

Roll out half the dough on parchment in a circle 0.3 cm thick. Put together with parchment on a baking sheet. Share filling on the dough, wrap edges of the dough. Grease the dough with whipping egg and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180’.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool and enjoy the wonderful taste of galeta!
