My favorite Wycinanka's chipboards decoration techniqe is embossing. 

 I took some chipboards from ROSETTE collection and coated ink for embossing.

 

Next, generously sprinkled with embossing powder and and heat it.

Get a beautiful chipboard right color, durable due to the enamel coating.

Also I like to use glossy gel with glitter.

With a brush apply glossy gel in some places on the prepared chipboard.

And generously sprinkled with glitter.

Due to the point of application there is a nice shimmer.

And use to create cards.
